My speech topic is why watching too much T.V is bad for you. I only did my speech just today because I was due to do it last Friday but I got sick and on monday I was in Tauranga. I don't think it went too well so I'm not counting on getting through

My Holiays

On the first week of my holiday I went to Sydney with my dad, there we went to Taronga zoo. There was an amazing bird show where they trained birds to do all sorts of cool tricks like get gold  coins out of the audiences hands. And then at the end there was a donation box and there was a perch on it with a bird and it took your money and it put it in the box for you.

 We also went to Cirque Du Solel. And their theme was bugs one of my favorite acts was an amazing  rock wall one and they jumped off onto a trampoline and flew back up to the top. And there was a strip of trampoline going down the stage all the way to the front and one man jumped off the rock wall and onto the strip of trampoline and flipped all the way to the front.

For the second week I went to Waihi beach with my cousins and stayed at their batch for a week

Peru Reveiw

Peru

Peru has an approximate population of 29.5 million and was discovered by Spain on July the 18^th 1821 and also has a lot of Llama.

History

The earliest civilisation in Peru dates back to about 9,000 years B.C and is the oldest known complex society. In the 15^th century the Incas into a powerful state and took Peru which then later formed into one of the most powerful states at the time. Later in December 1532 a Spanish group of conquistadores was captured by the Incas. 10 years later the Spanish crown established peace with Peru and the Incas and other South American colonies. In the 1970’s there was a silver mining boom as its main economic activity. Peru later made an important trading network for the Philippines and Europe later after the silver mining production was decreasing which increased taxes. Then war broke out 1879-1883 Peru against Chile but they were defeated. In the year 2000 elections their economy began to grow.

Customs and tradition

The Peruvian culture is similar to the Spanish culture but also consists of some pre-Inca culture and other ethnic groups such as Africa, Asia and Europe. Artistic traditions are mainly complex pottery, jewellery and textiles. Peruvian music has mainly Spanish and African roots. Its cooking has a strong influence from African, Arabic, Italian and Chinese styles of cooking. And overall I think that a lot of Peruvian culture has been influenced by a wide variety of different countries.

EPIC FAIL!!!

Terminator 3

 Termanator 3 is the only Termanator movie I have ever seen so far which goes to show that you don't really have to watch them in order. The lead actors are Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nick Stahil, Claire Danes and Kristanna Logen. The movie was actually first realeasted on July 3rd 2003.

I think this is a really good movie for people in to sci fi and action. Basically abouta person called Jhon Connor who's being hunted by robots from the future because he leads the resistane in the future against the robots. In this 3rd movie an advanced Terminator (on the right of the picture) is hunting Jhon Connor and the other terminator (on the left) was captured from the assembally line by the resistance in the future and was sent back to protect Jhon Connor. Overall I think this movie is a good movie for people who like alot action and explosions.

Production

The production was great but ever since people have been calling me Jenkins, but I am the only person being called by my name in the production. I also got some uexpected cheers which I didn't seem to hear also I think my friend Quinn was a very good wolf.

Production

My role in the school production is the props person and I have to do a dance to I need a hero

I am hooked on minedraft antvenom videos at the moment I am watching hunt for the golden apple where basicly he goes into cave systems and mine shafts looking for minecrafts ultimate treaure the golden apple

Production Prep

First Things first before I do any thing my chest needs to get better I am useless until then. I will need to learn what I am putting out for props I have a basic outline of what I'm doing but I need to learn it thoroughly. Also getting better at the dance I'm in because as I said before I need to wait untill my chest gets better.

Expect The Unexpected

This week I have been kicked from props and my dance well not kicked but I can't think of another word.
Anyway this is all because of my chest

Olympics

My favortie sport to watch is the rowing, it's over now but we (New Zealand) won 3 gold and 1 bronze in this sport. Our gold medalists are Mahe Drysdale, Hamish Bond/Eric Murry and Joesph Sullivan/Nathan Cohen.

My question is whats your favorite Olympic sport?
